Standard Limited Warranty Coverage: Vamei provides a limited warranty for the products it sells, effective from the date of original purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Vamei’s standard warranty periods are as follows: Snowboards are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires a valid proof of purchase and is not transferable.
In addition to the standard warranty, Vamei offers an optional extended warranty and premium service program called the Care Plan. The Care Plan is available in three levels: Basic, Care, and Care Plus. You may opt to purchase one of these plans at the time of your product purchase to gain additional warranty coverage and exclusive benefits.
