Return Policy
Return Period:
Vamei will accept returns under specific conditions. For the first 300 snowboard orders placed during the pre-sale period, we offer a no-questions-asked return within 100 days from the date of purchase (this applies only to returning the snowboard itself; if the snowboard was purchased as part of a package/combo, the refund will be limited to the portion of the package price attributable to the snowboard). Orders place other than the first 300 during the presale period may return any unused product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
Product Condition Requirements:
Any item returned must be in brand new, unused condition, and in its original packaging with all original tags, accessories, and inserts included. All returns are subject to inspection to confirm they meet these return conditions. If an item has been used, damaged, or is missing its original packaging or accessories, we regret that we cannot accept the return.
Return Shipping Costs:
Except in cases of a product defect, return shipping costs must be paid upfront by the customer. If our inspection confirms that the return is due to a manufacturing or quality issue with the product, Vamei will reimburse the return shipping postage paid. For returns not caused by product defects, any original shipping charges paid on the order and the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Method and Timing:
For returns that meet the criteria of this policy, Vamei will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for the refunded amount to appear on a credit card or bank statement. Refunds apply only to the purchase price of the product itself; any original shipping fees paid on the order will not be refunded.
Special Terms and Exceptions:
Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned. Discounted or clearance items are not eligible for price protection or price adjustments. If the price of an item drops after purchase, Vamei will not adjust the price or refund the difference. However, if you purchased an item at full price and later find it on sale (and you have not used the item), you may choose to return the item within the 30-day return window (provided it meets the return conditions above). You could then, if you wish, repurchase the item at the new lower price.
Channel Limitations:
This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from the officialVamei website or an authorized Vamei retail store. Products purchased through other third-party retailers are subject to the return/exchange policies of those retailers and cannot be returned to Vamei directly.
