BASIC

The Basic plan is automatically included with every Vamei product at no extra charge. Under the Basic plan, your warranty coverage is the same as the standard limited warranty — namely, a 2-year limited warranty for snowboards and a 1-year limited warranty for boots and bindings. 

The Basic plan does not extend the standard warranty period or include additional services, but Vamei will still provide reliable after-sales support as described in the policy.
